| With the continuous promotion of economic globalization and the transformation and adjustment of the domestic economic structure,the degree of openness of the insurance industry has continued to increase,the establishment of insurance companies with local backgrounds,and the Internet finance have gradually become involved in the insurance industry,which has caused considerable impact on traditional insurance marketing channels.As a result,insurance companies face severe challenges such as increased market competition and limited profitability growth.While the market share is under threat,the profitability of listed insurance companies continues to grow and still face higher expectations and requirements.This has made more and more listed insurance companies aware of the importance of improving the level of internal performance appraisal of the company and have improved Improve the original performance appraisal plan.The financial sharing service center is a labor-intensive unit.Among them,the level of performance of general employees has a profound impact on the overall financial performance of the company and various types of risk prevention and control.It also has a certain impact on the smooth realization of the company’s strategic goals.This article takes PICC Insurance L branch Financial Shared Service Center as the research object.Through investigation and data analysis,it is found that the performance appraisal plan for ordinary employees has problems such as low employee satisfaction and disconnection from the corporate strategy.The performance appraisal plan is in urgent need of improvement and optimization.After clarifying the guiding ideology and principles of the performance appraisal improvement plan design,this paper draws a corporate strategy map,and makes specific designs for indicators,weights,and appraisal cycles around the corporate strategy.In order to make the improved appraisal plan to be implemented,this paper designs from three aspects:implementation guarantee,communication and improvement,and appraisal result application,and finally verifies the effectiveness of the improved plan through trial application.The improved performance appraisal program will help to consolidate and enhance the company’s competitive advantage in the industry,and can provide experience for other insurance companies,thus having a certain reference value. |
