Since the 21 st century,the level of China's economic globalization has been constantly improving,and the implementation of the opening-up policy has promoted Chinese enterprises to emerge on the international stage.In recent years,Chinese enterprises have become the mainstream in the international market.In order to occupy the international market more quickly,the local enterprises expand the enterprise scale in the form of collectivization.The rapid expansion of enterprise scale promotes the innovation of business management mode.As an important part of business management,financial management reform is imminent.Enterprise financial management needs to improve business processing efficiency through model optimization,so as to adapt to the development of enterprises.In addition,the rapid development of global information technology,"cloud computing","big data" concept provides technical support for financial model transformation.Under the promotion of internal and external factors,financial sharing service mode emerged.Once the new financial model was put forward,it triggered a discussion upsurge all over the world.After more than 30 years of research and practice,ZTE,as the first domestic enterprise to establish a financial sharing service center,took the lead in completing the construction of the Financial Sharing Service Center in 2005.Many large domestic groups have followed suit,PICC is one of them.PICC is a large property insurance company in mainland China.With the continuous deepening of reform of enterprises,the traditional financial system has been unable to adapt to the scale of the company at this stage.The group puts forward higher development requirements for accounting and financial management in the financial system.In 2011,the group began to establish a financial sharing service center to promote the innovation of Financial Sharing Mode from the top to the bottom.The long-term goal of the group is to establish and continuously improve the financial sharing mode.At present,the financial sharing mode of PICC has been basically established,but the Financial Sharing Service Center of PICC is not perfect,and the current financial sharing mode needs continuous optimization and improvement.Based on the theory of process reengineering,resource integration,scale economy and flat organizational structure,this paper describes the business process management mode of PICC Financial Sharing Service Center in detail.This paper focuses on the expense reimbursement process and fund management process,and describes the current business process operation status of the enterprise,as well as the financial accounting problems existing in the mode.From the analysis results,PICC process management is relatively perfect,but there are still loopholes in the daily business process.In order to promote the long-term and healthy operation of PICC Financial Sharing Service Center,aiming at the existing problems,this paper summarizes the experience and puts forward some improvement suggestions,hoping to provide reference for PICC to optimize process management,and to play a certain role in Establishing Financial Sharing Service Center for large groups in China.
