Research On Performance Evaluation Of Financial Sharing Service Center Of Real Estate Company

With the emergence and development of digital technology,in order to improve the efficiency of finance-related business processing and save more human costs,enterprises have adopted digital technology to build Finance Shared Services Centres(FSSC).However,in practice,Many enterprises,especially the traditional enterprises represented by real estate enterprises,lack certain means to effectively manage and evaluate the financial sharing service center.By combing related literature on performance evaluation of financial sharing service center,it is found that domestic research on financial sharing service started relatively late compared with foreign countries,and the research on financial sharing service center is still in a relatively basic stage.Meanwhile,aiming at this new financial management mode,The traditional performance evaluation method and performance evaluation index system of the financial sharing service center of most Chinese enterprises can not reflect its operation accurately.Therefore,to use the correct performance evaluation method,to establish a feasible and scientific financial sharing center performance evaluation system,is of great significance to the progress of Chinese financial sharing,and also has traction and guidance significance to the development of implementing financial sharing service enterprises.This paper takes Country Garden,the leading real estate enterprise,as the research object and combines the case study method to explore the establishment of effective performance evaluation system for the financial sharing service center of Chinese real estate enterprises.First of all,after exploring the current research background and related literature,the relevant concepts are summarized to lay the foundation for the design of a new performance evaluation scheme for Country Garden in the following paper.Secondly,this paper describes the operating status of Country Garden company’s financial sharing service center,and explores the existing problems and causes.Thirdly,based on the research method of strategic map and balanced scorecard,combined with the questionnaire survey data,this paper designs the performance evaluation scheme of Country Garden Company and determines the weight of each index.Then,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted to score and evaluate the financial sharing service center of Country Garden Company.Finally,Countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the existing problems of the Country Garden company’s financial sharing service center,and optimization suggestions are also put forward for the new performance evaluation scheme proposed in this study.
