In recent years,the financial sharing service model has gradually emerged in enterprises.Due to its various drawbacks from the traditional financial model,it can avoid the financial management problem that large group companies need to solve due to the lengthy financial chain caused by widely distributed accounting points.Since 2011,the Ministry of Finance and the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission have repeatedly advocated and encouraged large-scale group companies with a large number of branches and subsidiaries to actively transform the traditional financial management model into a financial shared service model because it can The decentralized financial basic business processes of the enterprise group are centralized to the same place and platform to complete,which not only ensures the standardization and process of the financial operations of the dispersed group member units,but also makes the information more transparent,and also improves the processing efficiency and reduces the efficiency.The overall processing cost.The implementation of financial sharing services promotes the transformation of traditional financial concepts,directing passive accounting to active services,and promoting the transformation of financial management models.However,this model started late in China compared with domestic research and popularization,and performance evaluation is an important guarantee for enterprises to successfully implement the financial sharing service model.Through this,it can be known that the performance evaluation system of the financial shared service center is carried out.Research is necessary.To this end,this paper summarizes the concept of financial shared services and the methods of performance evaluation by arranging the theoretical basis and enterprise case study of financial sharing service models at home and abroad.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation of the operation of the financial sharing center of Company A,and briefly introduces the basic situation of Company A.Through on-the-spot investigation and interviews with Company A's financial sharing center system,the strategic objectives,work processes and information systems of Company A's financial sharing center system were determined.Then,based on the four dimensions of the Balanced Scorecard,the analytic hierarchy process is used to assign weights to the index system of each dimension.Through the analysis,the results of the financial shared service performance evaluation of Company A are obtained,and the results and problems of the company are analyzed.Finally,according to the previous analysis and research,it puts forward suggestions for improving the financial sharing service of Company A,and improves the level of financial sharing service system of Company A.Through the research in this paper,it not only provides theoretical support for the good development of A company's financial shared service center,but also provides practical guidance for other enterprises in the development path of financial shared service mode.
