Performance management is the most important component of performance assessment,and the final result of performance appraisal depends to a large extent on the choice of assessment indicators and the design of weights.Whichever method is used,the ultimate goal of the enterprise should be to improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise through the assessment,and to combine the business and the individual goals of the employees to motivate the employees and make more contributions to the enterprises.This paper briefly discusses the theory of financial sharing center,enterprise performance and performance appraisal,introduces the current situation of FSSC's current performance appraisal,how to construct the performance appraisal and evaluation system,and then focuses on the relevant content of AHP,AHP establishes the evaluation index of the financial sharing center,and the proportion of the weight obtained by the method is used to verify the rationality and accuracy of the current performance appraisal of C's financial sharing center,and it is expected that the AHP analysis model can be used in practical work and assessment play a due role.In this paper,the "concept-theory-practical" research method,the analytic hierarchy process applied to the performance evaluation and evaluation system of FSSC,and through the analysis of the relative importance of the evaluation index,it provides practicality for the future construction and management of the shared service center the reference.
