With the advent of the era of sharing,in 2015,the country officially proposed the concept of a shared economy for the first time.The transition from financial accounting to management accounting is a major change in the accounting field in China.More and more large-scale enterprises have already or are undergoing financial transformation.The change of financial management is not forced by the development of a certain enterprise itself,but is the commonality of the entire sharing era.The financial sharing service began to rise in China in the early 21 st century.It has certain research significance to evaluate the performance of the center's operation.This paper conducts research by constructing a financial sharing service center performance evaluation system,and mainly sets the related indicators through the combination of the Balanced Scorecard and key performance evaluation index analysis methods.Second,it uses the analytic hierarchy process and the Delphi method to design questionnaires to build index weights.Assign the model and finally apply it to W Group for evaluation and analysis.The structure of the article is composed of six parts: the first chapter mainly introduces the writing direction of the article,the second chapter introduces the theoretical basis of the financial sharing service center and performance evaluation,and the third chapter carries out financial sharing.The design of service center performance evaluation system,the fourth chapter focuses on the application of performance evaluation of W shares financial sharing service center,the fifth chapter puts forward some guarantee proposals for the effective operation of financial sharing service center,and the sixth chapter carries on the writing of this article.The summary analysis and the outlook for the inadequacies.The financial sharing service center has been implemented by more and more companies,and it has brought about significant results.Performance evaluation of W Group Financial Shared Service Center,the author found that W Group implemented this new financial management model has brought some results,but the overall level of performance still has room for improvement,cost costs to be controlled,customer service levels need to be improved,The efficiency of business processing needs to be improved,and talents are not given enough attention.For this reason,the author puts forward ideas for improving performance.Finally,the author believes that in order to guarantee the effective operation of performance evaluation,efforts must also be made in terms of clearer performance goals,continuous improvement of performance appraisal systems,continuous optimization of performance indicators,and rational development of communication mechanisms.W Group,as the real estate industry's first to establish a financial sharing service center,conducts a performance evaluation study,which can provide assistance and reference for other real estate companies to establish a financial sharing service center for financial transformation.
