| Since the 1980s,the Ford Company in the United States has established the world’s first financial sharing service center for the purpose of solving business management problems such as high operating costs and cumbersome financial institutions,by centralizing and reengineering non-core programmable business processes,the financial sharing model,a new financial management model,has become popular among multinational groups and large enterprises,it is a global phenomenon.In recent years,due to the strong support of the state,the financial sharing service center has been widely used in domestic large-scale enterprise groups,and the application of the financial sharing mode has changed the traditional financial management mode,not only has the effect of cost reduction and efficiency increase,to a certain extent,so that the risk of enterprises have been effectively controlled.With the development of times,facing more and more complex business scenarios,the development of cloud computing,big data,AI and blockchain,etc.,the role of financial work is no longer limited to achieve the goal of reducing costs and increasing efficiency,but extended to provide support for enterprise strategic decision-making.Therefore,the function of the initial financial sharing service center is single,which can not meet the requirements of the gradually developing enterprise strategy,to realize its transformation and upgrading and functional transformation,it is urgent to provide a higher level of added value for the enterprise.Based on the literature research method,this paper combs and integrates the literature related to enterprises and financial sharing service center and Digital Intelligent Information Technology in recent years,the definition of resource allocation theory,business process reengineering theory,scale economy and other basic theories are introduced,which provides theoretical support for the later discovery and solution of problems.On the basis of literature research and theory support,the paper takes the PICC financial sharing service center as the research object,introduces the general situation of PICC,the construction process and the operation status of the financial sharing service center,and using the case study,comparative analysis and other research methods,summed up in the background of the rapid development of mathematical intelligence technology,the enterprise finance sharing service center needs to be upgraded in the aspects of business process management,information system construction,personnel management and so on.At the same time,combining with the new information technology such as Internet,Big Data,AI and block chain,the paper puts forward the concrete countermeasures and guarantee measures in optimizing business process,perfecting information system construction and strengthening personnel management,etc.,finally,it points out the key points in the process of operation optimization of PICC financial sharing service center,and looks forward to the future.This paper hopes to provide a reference for the reform of financial management,speed up the transformation and upgrade of financial shared service center,and contribute to the function transformation of financial shared service center. |
