The widespread application of digital technology in products,services,and processes has profoundly changed the production processes and innovation models of existing manufacturing enterprises,as well as the competitive situation in the existing market.digital technology has gradually become an important driving force for the innovative development of manufacturing enterprises.Many manufacturing enterprises have seized the opportunity to take advantage of digital infrastructure,data resources and other production factors to carry out digital transformation and join the tide of digital transformation.In recent years,many manufacturing enterprises have gained new life with the help of digital transformation.They have optimized their production processes with digital technology,obtained customer information more conveniently and predicted customers’ potential needs,reduced production and service costs,and gradually established a competitive advantage that is difficult to imitate.These also encourage latecomer manufacturing enterprises to carry out digital transformation,but digital transformation is not achieved overnight.We must consider the actual impact of the internal and external environment,carefully deal with the problems encountered in the process of digital transformation,and gradually carry out technological upgrading and organizational change.Digital transformation is more and more important for enterprises to obtain competitive advantages and sustainable and healthy development.Digital transformation is an important way for many manufacturing enterprises to carry out product or service innovation and occupy a dominant position in the market.However,the mechanism of how digital transformation affects the innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises is still unclear.This paper measures the process of digital transformation and the innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises by designing evaluation indicators for the maturity of digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises,Finally,the strategy of improving the innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises based on digital transformation is proposed,which is expected to promote the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises and enhance the innovation capability of manufacturing enterprises.When studying the impact of digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises on innovation performance,it is found that digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises has a significant role in promoting innovation performance;In the dynamic capabilities of manufacturing enterprises,the ability to perceive opportunities,integrate resources and restructure resources have a positive impact on innovation performance,and dynamic capabilities play a part of the intermediary role between digital transformation and innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises;digital transformation also has a positive impact on the dynamic capabilities of enterprises.To sum up,this study has constructed an evaluation system for the maturity of digital transformation,and deeply analyzed the effective way of "digital transformation-dynamic capability-innovation performance",aiming to promote the effective implementation of digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises,improve the innovation capability and market competitive advantage of manufacturing enterprises,further promote the efficient integration of China’s digital industry and manufacturing industry,and promote the high-quality development of China’s manufacturing industry. |
