The world today is facing unprecedented changes.The global political,economic and social development situations are undergoing profound changes,bringing severe challenges and new opportunities for advanced enterprises.With the rapid development of digital technology,the traditional economic model is accelerating the transformation and upgrading to digital economy and intelligent economy.Digital transformation has become an important strategic goal in today’s business operation.As the enterprise benefit accounting center and management function center,the digital transformation of financial department is an important frontier research and practice problem.Previous researches mainly focused on the motivation and path of financial digital transformation.There were more researches on the financial digital transformation of Chinese state-owned enterprises and less researches on electronic manufacturing enterprises.The purpose of this study is to analyze the existing problems in the process of financial digital transformation of F Group and draw optimization strategies to promote the smooth progress of financial digital transformation and help the high quality and sustainable development of enterprises.Dynamic capability is the ability of an enterprise to maintain its sustainable competitive advantage in the rapidly changing external environment.It is the status of upgrading from one ability state to another ability,which is just in line with the transformation and development of the ability of digital transformation.From the perspective of dynamic capability theory,this study analyzes the problems existing in the financial digital transformation process of F Group,the leading enterprise in the electronic manufacturing industry,and puts forward solutions.Firstly,this study sorted out the related concepts of financial digitalization and the theoretical analysis framework of dynamic capability through literature review.Secondly,through searching the basic information of F Group and field visits,the understanding of F Group has been deepened;After recognizing the problems in the financial digital transformation of F Group through a questionnaire survey,an in-depth understanding of the problems has been established through semi-structured interview.Finally,the obtained data is encoded by using the thought of grounded theory,and the problems existing in the financial digital transformation of F Group are analyzed by the dynamic capability theory.It is concluded that the problems of financial information perception ability,financial information acquisition ability and financial resource reconstruction ability are existed in the process of financial digital transformation of F Group.The corresponding countermeasures are put forward,including strengthening business and financial integration,promoting the construction of financial wisdom screen,facilitating the application of financial robots,accelerating the establishment of financial sharing center,strengthen the centralized management of financial funds and enhancing the ability to cultivate financial intelligent talents.Through the analysis,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward,including strengthening the business financial integration,the financial internal and external environment insight ability,the system interconnection.Meanwhile,accelerating the establishment of financial sharing center,enhancing the group’s ability to re-create financial resources and exploring the ability to cultivate financial digital talents.Through the analysis of the problems existing in the financial digital transformation of F Group,the study of solutions has the following significance: Firstly,it can enrich the research of dynamic capability theory in the financial digital transformation of electronic manufacturing industry.Secondly,it can solve the problems existing in the financial digital transformation of F Group and promote its high-quality development.Thirdly,it can also provide reference for the financial digital transformation of other electronic manufacturing enterprises and even other manufacturing enterprises.Finally,it can provide some reference for the Chinese government when formulating relevant policies to encourage the financial digital transformation of enterprises. |
