With the continuous innovation and iteration of digital technologies such as 5G and big data,which are applied to every scene of social life,digitalization has gradually become an important feature of economic and social development.Digitalization collects,collates and applies data,fully interacts with the development of all walks of life,and accelerates the arrival of the digital economy era.Digital economy makes the market main body in the environment,the characteristic of obvious VUCA path the impact on the development of enterprises,the development of the traditional enterprise in a rapidly changing environment,facing the complicated severe external test,at the same time is widespread within the enterprise technology foundation is weak,the strategic planning not scientific,the enterprise structure behind and digital talent shortage problem,It has brought a double test to the survival and development of enterprises,so whether they can survive in the complex and turbulent environment and occupy a favorable competitive position has become an important issue in the era of digital economy.In view of this situation,enterprises conform to the digital trend and carry out their own digital transformation,which is considered as the key to solve the problem and has been widely concerned.Different from the transformation and enterprise informatization in the traditional sense,the digital transformation of enterprises not only emphasizes the learning and utilization of digital technology,but also emphasizes the construction of a complete enterprise digital system covering organizational structure and business process through transformation.Through reviewing the existing literature,this paper argues that dynamic capabilities can help enterprises to build digital ability and realize the digital transformation,but the dynamic capability of enterprise digital transformation of the specific mechanism has not been fully discussed,dynamic capabilities evolution mechanism in the transition process itself also few people discuss,so there is theoretical gap worth further discussing.Secondly,many scholars have discussed the improvement of enterprise performance and the change of business model brought by digital transformation.This paper believes that transformation is essentially the change of the logic and mode of enterprise value creation.Therefore,the internal mechanism of digital enabling enterprise value creation needs to be further studied.To sum up,this paper firstly defines the concept of digital transformation according to the existing literature,then introduces dynamic capability theory,digital empowerment theory and value creation theory,and adopts the double-case study method to study the digital transformation practices of Liangpin Puzi and Laiyi Fen enterprises.According to the depth of case enterprise transformation,this paper divides the three stages of exploration period,adaptation period and construction period,and finds that:(1)Dynamic capability plays an internal driving force and deep support role for the digital transformation of enterprises.With the deepening of the transformation degree,it evolves itself following the logic of "form –reinforcement-support" and helps enterprises adapt to the new situation as soon as possible.(2)In digital transformation,the value creation of digitally-empowered enterprises is mainly manifested in five stages of strategic adjustment,technological preparation,business innovation,process integration and digital-intelligence integration,and finally realizes the digital remodeling of enterprise value creation.This study enriches the theoretical research of enterprise digital transformation,and also provides some useful references for enterprises with transformation needs.
