Research On The Impact Of Digital Transformation On Enterprise Innovation Performance

With the advent of the digital economy era,the Internet thinking and operation innovation ideas are implanted into the enterprise management,making the enterprise constantly break through the original development pattern,form a new business model,and maintain the leading edge in the competition.As the world’s second largest economy,China’s digital economy has seen rapid development.Digital transformation is changing the rules of more and more industries,and it is becoming the current research focus and attention.Digital transformation can not only improve the efficiency of enterprise operation,but also enable enterprises to adapt to new technology and new changes,so as to improve product quality and service level,and realize the enhancement effect of enterprise innovation performance.At the same time,as a reflection of the organization’s comprehensive ability level,dynamic capability enables enterprises to resist the influence brought by modern technological innovation and organizational structure change,cope with the complexity and uncertainty of internal and external environment,and realize the overall organizational innovation.In other words,dynamic capability plays an important role in the business process and organizational system of the enterprise,and creates a good operating foundation and environment for the organization.In addition,it is difficult for the knowledge and resources of enterprise subjects to meet the needs of organizational innovation.Therefore,if organizations want to obtain more innovative knowledge and heterogeneous resources,network relationship embedding provides a new perspective and lays a foundation for innovation transformation.Based on the above background,based on the resource-based theory and dynamic capability theory,this study discusses the influence relationship between digital transformation and enterprise innovation performance.Meanwhile,dynamic capability is introduced as the intermediary variable in this model,and the moderating variable between independent variable and dependent variable is embedded as network relationship,so as to empirically-study the influence of digital transformation on enterprise innovation performance.The research object is the middle and senior management personnel of the organization.272 valid questionnaires collected and processed by SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 24.0 were analyzed,and the hypotheses were verified step by step on the premise of ensuring the reliability and validity of the questionnaires meet the standards.The results show that:(1)Digital transformation has a positive effect on enterprise innovation performance;(2)Digital transformation has a positive effect on enterprise perception,absorption and integration ability;(3)Perception ability,absorption ability and integration ability have positive effects on enterprise innovation performance;(4)Perception ability,absorptive ability and integration ability play a partial mediating role in the relationship between digital transformation and enterprise innovation performance;(5)Network relationship embedding plays a positive moderating role in the relationship between digital transformation and enterprise innovation performance.The above results put forward feasible and constructive suggestions for organizational innovation management and improvement of corporate innovation performance,including the following points: Firstly,organizations should actively implement digital transformation activities to achieve effective growth of organizational innovation performance and output;Secondly,strengthen the cultivation of organizational dynamic ability,promote the enhancement of perception ability,absorption ability and integration ability;Finally,attention should be paid to the degree of embedding of network relations,and measures should be taken to actively create a good external environment.
