| With the emergence of a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation,the digital economy,which takes digital knowledge and information as the key factors of production and digital technology innovation as the core driving force,has increasingly become a new mode of economic development,and also accelerates the process of digital transformation of enterprises.The sustainable development of enterprises cannot do without innovation,and digital transformation is the main means for enterprises to achieve innovation.Therefore,it is very important to study the impact of digital transformation on enterprise innovation performance and clarify the internal mechanism of digital transformation on enterprise innovation performance.The resources and information obtained by enterprises’ digital transformation create conditions for the formation and promotion of dynamic capabilities,while entrepreneurship has an important impact on the practical effect of digital transformation and is an important driving force for the high-quality development of enterprises.It is worth exploring whether dynamic capabilities and entrepreneurship play a role in the relationship between digital transformation and innovation performance.In view of this,on the basis of combing relevant literature at home and abroad,this paper introduces dynamic capability as the mediating variable and entrepreneurship as the moderating variable to build the impact and mechanism model of digital transformation on enterprise innovation performance,analyzes the annual reports of listed companies from 2015 to 2021,and quantifies the degree of digital transformation of companies.Then Stata16 was used for empirical test.Firstly,descriptive statistics,correlation analysis and multicollinearity test were performed on the data.Secondly,after selecting the appropriate regression model,the main effect test,robustness test and endogeneity analysis were carried out.On this basis,the mediating effect test and the moderating effect test were carried out on the relevant variables in different dimensions.Thirdly,from the perspective of enterprise scale,ownership nature and industry characteristics,the main effect and intermediary effect are expanded and analyzed.Finally,the conclusion of this study is summarized,and the suggestions on enterprise management practice are put forward.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)Digital transformation can significantly positively promote enterprise innovation performance;(2)Dynamic capability partially mediates the relationship between digital transformation and innovation performance;(3)Entrepreneurship has no direct moderating effect on digital transformation and enterprise innovation performance,no significant moderating effect on digital transformation and adaptability,and has a significant positive moderating effect on the positive effect between digital transformation,absorptive capacity and innovation capacity;(4)The positive influence of digital transformation on enterprise innovation performance exist in enterprises with different enterprise sizes,ownership properties and industry characteristics,and the effect is more obvious in large enterprises,non-stateowned enterprises and manufacturing enterprises.In conclusion,this study analyzes the effective approach of "digital transformation--dynamic capability--firm innovation performance",explores the moderating effect of entrepreneurship,enriches relevant research and provides a new theoretical perspective. |
