Research On The Relationship Between Digital Transformation Capability And Innovation Performance

Following agricultural economy and industrial economy,digital economy has become the main economic form.With modern information network as the carrier,digital technologies such as Internet of Things,cloud computing,big data and artificial intelligence are booming.Digital transformation has become an important driving force for enterprise development.The essence of digital transformation is actually a process of achieving sustainable competitiveness by upgrading system,innovating mode and optimizing resource allocation efficiency with digitalization as the core,realizing intelligent empowerment through network means.Digitization not only changes people’s way of life,but also changes the traditional operation mode of enterprises.In order to better adapt to the needs of the digital era,enterprises urgently need to carry out digital transformation.Therefore,we need to study the mechanism of digital transformation ability on enterprise innovation performance,so as to shape a new innovation paradigm.This paper collects relevant information of enterprises through questionnaires and conducts empirical analysis to study the influence path and micro mechanism between digital transformation capability and innovation performance.The findings are as follows:firstly,digital transformation capability can improve the innovation performance of enterprises.The findings are as follows:firstly,digital transformation capability can improve the innovation performance of enterprises.The empirical results show that dynamic capability can promote the innovation performance of enterprises.At the same time,its mediating effect is also verified.Digital transformation capability can positively improve innovation performance through dynamic capability.Finally,in the process of dynamic capability refining,it is found that digital transformation capability positively promotes innovation performance through organizational restructuring capability opportunity perception capability,while resource integration capability does not play a mediating role.This paper enriches the research on the influencing factors of enterprise innovation performance and enables enterprises to realize the importance and necessity of digital transformation in today’s digital economy era.Digital transformation can improve enterprise performance and sustainable competitiveness by optimizing organizational structure and resource allocation.At the same time,this paper also provides theoretical guidance for enterprises to formulate digital transformation strategy,and helps enterprises better allocate digital transformation technology and management capabilities.Finally,the empirical study on the influencing mechanism also provides new ideas and guidance for enterprises to better improve innovation performance.
