In the past decade,the rapid development of smart phones,cell phone brands every year to push the new,camera phone lens manufacturer competition is fierce.Procurement as a part of the supply chain,how to quickly make improvements,procurement management has ushered in a huge challenge.This thesis takes Company A,a cell phone lens manufacturer,as an example.It analyzes the current situation of Company A’s business process and supplier management,and points out the problems of procurement management.In terms of supplier management,new suppliers are not developed enough and the supplier evaluation form has not been updated for years,and then suggestions for improvement are made to Company A.By applying ABC and Karljic analysis,materials are reclassified as strategic,leveraged,bottleneck,and general,corresponding procurement strategies are formulated;the procurement approval process is simplified and a bidding system is established;business training and performance incentives for procurement personnel are increased and an efficient procurement system is supported.Regarding supplier management,it is proposed to establish a supplier development mechanism;reclassify suppliers according to material types and adjust the performance evaluation frequency;finally,through empirical research,it can be concluded that quality assurance,price competitiveness,delivery achievement,flexible service,and technical support have a significant positive impact on supplier performance.Quality has the greatest impact,while the impact of price is weakening.Combined with the environmental control requirements of Company A’s electronics industry,supplier evaluation indexes are selected and scoring weights are set to provide optimization suggestions for supplier performance evaluation of Company A. |
