Research On The Quality Improvement Of Cultural Activities Of Fuzhou Library Based On Kano Model

With the continuous development of public libraries,cultural activities have become the mainstream services of public libraries.At the same time,the growing cultural demands of the public pose new challenges to the development of public library cultural activities.Optimizing the cultural activities of public libraries based on the needs of readers is not only in line with the "people-oriented" service concept of public libraries,but also helps to enhance the cultural value and social status of public libraries.This research uses the literature research method to sort out and analyze the research status at home and abroad,and uses the network survey method and interview method to investigate the general situation of cultural activities in public libraries in provincial capital cities in my country,activity environment,activity publicity,activity implementation and activity effect,a total of 25 indicators were used to conduct a questionnaire survey on readers,and the Kano model was used to analyze the results of the questionnaire survey.The study found that the cultural activities of the public libraries in the provincial capitals of my country have taken shape in terms of the theme,form,object and characteristics of the activities,but there are still differences in quality and there is still a large room for development.According to the analysis results of the Kano model,the three dimensions of librarians,activity environment and activity effect are basic needs,expected needs and attractive needs,and the 25 indicators are divided into 3basic needs,5 expected needs,and 7 attractive needs and 10 undifferentiated requirements.Finally,according to the analysis results,the following suggestions are put forward: Libraries should comprehensively improve the service awareness of cultural activities,including establishing the concept of activities as services,promoting the professional development of librarians,creating a good activity environment and paying attention to readers’ perception of activity effects.In specific practice,it is necessary to ensure the basic needs,try to improve the expected needs,give full play to the attractive needs,and pay attention to the undifferentiated needs in a timely manner,so as to keep up with the requirements of the era of high-quality development and promote the continuous development of library cultural activities.
