With the introduction of relevant policies and the needs of the development of public libraries,it is an irresistible trend and imperative for public libraries to carry out cultural and tourism integration services.The integration of cultural and tourism services in public libraries can improve the effective utilization of their own resources,broaden the boundaries of their own services,and better assume social and cultural education responsibilities.Although many public libraries have carried out relevant practices,there is a lack of research on how users ’ attitudes towards the needs of these services and whether these services can satisfy users.However,it is undeniable that the needs of users are the first for the development of cultural and tourism integration services in public libraries.Understanding the actual needs of users for cultural and tourism integration services in public libraries can improve users ’ satisfaction with cultural and tourism integration services,and thus promote the high-quality development of cultural and tourism integration services in public libraries.Therefore,in order to explore the actual needs of users for the integration of cultural and tourism services in public libraries,the following research is carried out.First of all,the article uses the network survey method and the literature analysis method to construct a public library cultural and tourism integration service demand system.The system includes two parts: the public library cultural and tourism integration service mode demand and the public library cultural and tourism integration service experience demand,a total of 30 indicators.Secondly,on this basis,a questionnaire on the demand for cultural and tourism integration services in public libraries was produced,distributed and recovered.Then,the Kano analysis of the survey data is carried out,including Kano model analysis,mixed class analysis and Better-Worse satisfaction index analysis.It is found that the user ’s demand for the integration of cultural and tourism services in public libraries presents certain differences and levels.In the demand part of the integration of cultural and tourism services in public libraries,there are 4 basic needs,3 one-dimensional needs,8excitement needs and 4 indifferent needs;in the part of experience demand of cultural and tourism integration service in public libraries,there are 4 basic needs,2 Onedimensional needs,2 excitement needs and 3 indifferent needs.However,the Kano model can not accurately observe the importance of each requirement index,so it can not accurately identify the importance of each attribute.Then,in order to make up for this defect,the article also introduces the TOPSIS analysis method.With the help of this method,each demand index is used as the evaluation object,the Better coefficient and the Worse coefficient are used as the evaluation index,and the importance is calculated and sorted according to the relevant formula.Finally,according to the results of Kano-TOPSIS comprehensive analysis,the article puts forward targeted suggestions :giving priority to meeting basic needs,continuously improving one-dimensional needs,continuously digging excitement needs,dynamically monitoring indifference needs,and strengthening multi-party cooperation. |
