Research On Crossover Cooperative Services Of Public Libraries Under The Background Of Cultural And Tourism Integration

The principal contradiction facing Chinese society has evolved,and what we now face is the contradiction between unbalanced and inadequate development and the people’s ever-growing needs for a better life.The demand of Chinese people,which used to give first place to material needs,has gradually expanded to spiritual and cultural needs,and the satisfaction of spiritual and cultural needs depends on the supply-side reform in all walks of life to a large extent.Culture and tourism,as important indicators of improved people’s quality of life and living standards,play an important role in the supply-side reform.In 2018,the Ministry of Culture and China National Tourism Administration were integrated into the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.Thus,culture and tourism came together from the top-level design,and the cultural and tourism integration became the main focus in the national development plan.As an important part of the public cultural service system,public libraries should follow the trend of cultural and tourism integration and actively improve the existing service modes and content to serve the cultural and tourism integration.However,services of cultural and tourism integration require the intervention and integration of multiple parties,which is difficult for public libraries to carry it out independently.Therefore,active crossover border cooperation and joint efforts with society to provide services of cultural and tourism integration is one of the effective measures for public libraries to expand their services in this era.At present,the research on crossover border cooperative service of public libraries under the background of cultural and tourism integration mainly focuses on two aspects,namely theoretical and practical research.Theoretical research is devoted to proving the feasibility of crossover border cooperative service of libraries and the positive influence of libraries on tourism development,while practical research is carried out to explore the mode of crossover border cooperation between libraries and tourism based on case studies.However,existing studies have failed to comprehensively and systematically reveal the current status of crossover border cooperative service of public libraries under the background of cultural and tourism integration,and there have been no in-depth research on specific issues,such as user needs for crossover border cooperative service of public libraries in terms of cultural and tourism integration,factors affecting crossover border cooperative service,etc.Therefore,to better promote crossover border cooperative service of public libraries under the background of cultural and tourism integration,this paper intends to analyze the current status of crossover border cooperative service of public libraries under the background of cultural and tourism integration,user needs and the factors influencing crossover border cooperative service through an empirical study.On this basis,corresponding suggestions are made for the innovation of crossover border cooperative service of public libraries under the background of cultural and tourism integration.This study aims to enrich the theoretical research on crossover border cooperative service of public libraries and provide reference for the practical work of crossover border cooperative service of public libraries under the background of cultural and tourism integration.In this paper,field research and online survey are adopted to sort out the current status of crossover border cooperative service of public libraries under the background of cultural and tourism integration;Questionnaires and KANO Model are used to classify user needs of crossover border cooperative service of public libraries under the background of cultural and tourism integration,and grounded theory is used to extract factors influencing crossover border cooperative service of public libraries under the background of cultural and tourism integration.The following conclusions are eventually obtained:(1)The current status of crossover border cooperative service of public libraries under the background of cultural and tourism integration was sorted out,and it is found that through continuous efforts,public libraries have gradually explored modes of crossover border cooperative service with the characteristics of public libraries with regard to the six elements of tourism,namely“accommodation,food,transportation,traveling,shopping and entertainment”.(2)The research on the user needs of crossover border cooperative service of public libraries under the background of cultural and tourism integration was conducted,and 24 user needs were summarized.KANO Model and Better-Worse were adopted to classify user needs,including 12 needs for attractive quality,2 needs for one-dimensional quality,6 needs for must-be quality and 4needs for indifferent quality.(3)The factors influencing crossover border cooperative service of public libraries under the background of cultural and tourism integration were revealed,including:(1)User factor:Motivation of participation,demographic factors,user cost;(2)Characteristics of cooperation subjects: Basis of services of cooperation subjects,competence of cooperation subjects in cooperative service,qualification of cooperation;(3)Cooperative service factor: Cost,form,revenue and feedback of cooperative service,partnership,information technology;(4)Social environmental factor: Cultural environment,tourism environment,economic environment,context of cultural and tourism integration,political factors.In this way,a model of the factors influencing crossover border cooperative service of public libraries under the background of cultural and tourism integration is established.In the end,suggestions and countermeasures are proposed to enhance crossover border cooperative service of public libraries under the background of cultural and tourism integration based on the results of research on the user needs and influencing factors of crossover border cooperative service of public libraries under the background of cultural and tourism integration.
