| Since the construction of children’s libraries received widespread attention in the1980 s,my country has gradually formed a system of children’s libraries at all levels and types in the past 40 years,prompting the service of children’s readers to enter a new historical development stage.A new period of development.At the same time,various children’s libraries in my country have carried out various activities for readers,aiming to promote the physical and mental development of children and children through activities.However,there are also some problems,such as insufficient communication between the library and readers,and readers’ influence on library activities needs and satisfaction cannot be well understood,etc.This article focuses on the user needs and satisfaction of reader activities,uses the Kano model to identify readers’ needs and user satisfaction in the activities of children’s library readers,and analyzes the degree of influence of different active items on user satisfaction,which is helpful for teenagers The children’s library provides readers with better activities,determines the objects to be improved and the priority of the activities,so as to enhance the reader’s activity experience in the children’s library,and try to make the satisfaction of different readers with the activities carried out by the library reach as much as possible.This paper investigates the reader activities currently carried out by children’s libraries in my country,and summarizes them into 36 types of reader activities and categorizes them into six types,namely,reading exchange type,knowledge learning type,skill mastering type,competition type,Leisure and entertainment,and aesthetic appreciation.A questionnaire survey was conducted on the needs and satisfaction of the readers of the Fujian Children’s Library for the Kano model.According to the survey results,the two-dimensional attribute type analysis of the Kano model and mixed class analysis and the Better-Worse index analysis were carried out,and finally the research results were obtained,namely,Fujian Province.The activities of the readers of the children’s library are 7 items,13 items,7 items and 9 items which are basic,expectation,charm,and non-differentiated needs.Based on the survey results,the author prioritizes reader activities,puts forward a model of the types of reader activity needs of the Fujian Children’s Library,and proposes to improve the reader activities of the Fujian Children’s Library,hoping to promote the activities of the readers of the Fujian Children’s Library. |
