Research On Social Cooperation Of Reading Promotion In Sanming Public Libraries

Reading is an important means to obtain knowledge,improve quality,increase wisdom and promote development.Reading promotion is an important measure to realize national reading.In China,public libraries are the main position to carry out reading promotion activities.As an important part of the public cultural service system,they have an inescapable social responsibility in the national reading promotion work.With the accelerating process of social informatization,readers’ reading methods and reading needs have also changed.Social cooperation is an inevitable choice for public libraries to carry out reading promotion in today’s environment.Sanming,as an underdeveloped City,has achieved fruitful results in the social cooperation of public library reading promotion.Therefore,this paper hopes to obtain the experience and enlightenment with reference and promotion significance by studying the development mode and operation mechanism of social cooperation of library reading promotion in Sanming.This paper mainly studies the relevant contents of reading promotion social cooperation in Sanming public library.Firstly,through literature research,this paper combs the theoretical and practical research results of library reading promotion social cooperation at home and abroad,and defines the relevant concepts.After that,it investigates the current situation of social cooperation in reading promotion of Public Libraries in China,and summarizes and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various cooperation objects and cooperation modes.Then,focusing on the "home · reading" service alliance project of Sanming public library,through classified interviews with the curator,project leader and director of cooperative institutions,this paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of social cooperation in reading promotion of Sanming public library,and finds that the city has established a cooperative alliance service network,constructed a contractual cooperative service framework,and made full use of local tourism resources to cooperate with social forces to carry out experiential reading activities,Reading promotion has achieved remarkable results.However,from the interview results,it can be concluded that at present,Sanming public library cooperates with social forces to carry out reading promotion.There are still some problems,such as the absence of library reading services purchased by the government,unclear division of labor,insufficient communication and difficult innovation in forms,which lead to burnout between the library and the society,and explore and summarize the causes of the problems.Finally,based on the findings of the full text,aiming at the problems faced by the current social cooperation of reading promotion in Sanming public library,this paper puts forward specific and feasible development strategies,including promoting the government to purchase services,integrating resource advantages,establishing a perfect cooperation mechanism,promoting the sustainable development of cooperation,strengthening brand construction,enriching the content and form of reading promotion,and expanding the team of reading promoters,Improve the professional level of reading services.The research results of this paper have a certain reference value for public libraries in underdeveloped areas to carry out social cooperation in reading promotion.It can better promote the development of reading promotion in public libraries and promote the formation of national reading social atmosphere in China.
