Research On The Evaluation Of Information Quality Of Online Health Communities Based On User Need

With the country’s strong support for the "Internet + medical health" industry innovation,the network health community is rising rapidly and has gradually become the most commonly used health management tool.Users can directly query medical and health information through the online health community,or exchange information with other patients.Experts and doctors will also use the platform to provide information services for users.The network health community has become the main way for people to obtain health information.With the increase of the number of users and the amount of information,the information quality of the network health community is becoming more and more important.Health information will affect people’s health to a large extent.If users cannot accurately identify the information in the network health community and use the wrong information to have a negative impact on their own health,the consequences will be unimaginable.Therefore,it is crucial to improve the information quality of the network health community.At present,among the research achievements related to the quality of network health information at home and abroad,the research content is mainly related to the connotation of information quality and the influencing factors of information quality.There are few studies on the evaluation of information quality,and the designed indicator system is relatively broad,and the operability in real life is not strong.In the past,the indicator system was mostly evaluated from the perspective of experts,and there are few indicator systems designed from the perspective of users.This paper will evaluate the information quality of the network health community in terms of users’ needs,and will create a user centered information quality evaluation system of the online health community.First of all,this paper combs and summarizes the research achievements related to the quality evaluation of Internet health information at home and abroad,and analyzes the shortcomings of similar evaluation indicators and evaluation methods at home and abroad;Secondly,it expounds the relevant concepts and theoretical knowledge;By referring to a large number of relevant research results at home and abroad,and combining the characteristics of network health information,the information quality evaluation system of network health community is designed and constructed from multiple dimensions,such as interactive needs and emotional needs.DEMATEL is used to analyze the internal impact relationship between indicators,ANP is used to assign the weight of indicators,and VIKOR is used to conduct empirical research on several typical network health communities,Verify the scientificity and rationality of the indicator system,and put forward corresponding suggestions according to the analysis results.The evaluation model constructed in this study is based on user needs,which is helpful to provide reference for the research on information quality evaluation of network healthy communities and promote the healthy development of information service industry.
