Research On The Quality Evaluation Of Network Health Information In China

With the rapid development of network technology,more and more people use the Internet as an effective way to obtain health information.The access to get the network health information developed from the earliest of various professional medical health websites which published health information to the mobile APP,q&a community,social media and so on.Now Wechat,as an outstanding social networking platform,possesses a large number of users.The user can not only search for professional health information,also original information of other public issues,communication information between the users,etc.Unlike the information published by the professional medical health website and published academic literature,information on WeChat platform is more convenient for users to obtain and use.However,due to a lack of relatively uniform standard,regulation and control,information quality of Wechat is patchy,and health information has a great effect on people's life safety,the healith information quality problem of Wechat platform is particularly important.How to evaluate the network health information on WeChat platform has become one of the hot research.Therefore,this paper will focus on the evaluation model and application of network health information quality in WeChat platform and provide reference value to help users to select health information.The main research work of this paper is summarized as follows:(1)the relevant literatures of the tools,methods and index system of the quality evaluation of network health information are sorted out based on existing research at home and abroad;(2)China's online health information quality evaluation model is obtained and the nine dimensions,respectively,comprehensiveness,accuracy,readability,timeliness,practicality,reliability,can be reference,accessibility,interactivity,are determined by combining with the characteristics of the network health information within Wechat platform and through the theoretical analysis and expert investigation method;(3)The scientific nature and effectiveness of the evaluation model is determined by analyzing the reliability and validity of the collected questionnaire with taking WeChat platform demonstration as an example;(4)The weights evaluation index are determined through the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process).The conclusion and Suggestions are put forward according to the user's score evaluation and network empirical evaluation application of health information within the Wechat platform.In this paper,the study found that information quality of different indicators within Wechat platform has certain gap,comprehensiveness,accuracy,readability,timeliness,reliability,availability,interactivity is above average,a little higher than other index,only legibility comes to a good level.Other indicators are between bad and general,especially the reliability,belongs to the high weight index,which is important index factor in the eyes of experts,but the rating is low by combining qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation of questionnaire collecting.The overall comprehensive health information quality level within the Wechat platform is generally low,after the users' use it is generally accepted that online health information quality within Wechat in most of the evaluation indexes are not qualified.
