Based On The User Experience And Perception Of Information Quality Evaluation System Construction Of Empirical Research

Network environment, the information’s exchange environment is the conditions and basis of information and information work playing its proper role and function at different levels. With the growing dependence on information resources,the pros and cons of the quality of the information to produce a very significant impact on people’s daily life. The quality of the information determines the value of information in the social and economic activities, evaluating information quality from the perspective of user experience and perception aimed at enhancing the awareness and concern of the user. This dissertation builds an information quality comprehensive evaluation system based on user experience and proposes specific and targeted information quality strategy and improvement mechanisms.This dissertation relies on national social science funds project:the Study on Optimizing the User Experience and Perception, and Establishing the Comprehensive Evaluation of the Information Quality (item number:10BTQ007),and empirical research of evaluation system based on the user experience and the perception. It extracts information quality evaluation indicator through experiments and expert interviews, and builds the information quality evaluation model, combined with the services marketing, psychology research on customer experience, and based on the research of domestic and foreign scholars in this field. The model is divided into four dimensions, including the experience of utility value, technical function, aesthetic and emotional experience dimensions, user personality characteristics dimension. In order to test the hypothesis model, this dissertation collects data in the form of a questionnaire survey and uses factor analysis method to test and correct the model. Ultimately build the information quality evaluation system based on user experience and perception. Factor analysis results show that the user personality characteristics dimension merges with the aesthetic and emotional experience dimensions. This dissertation named it user emotional dimension. This dimension based on empirical research and previous research.This system is divided into three dimension:information experience of utility value, technical function, user emotional dimension. The system provides more comprehensive indicator for infomation institutions and users. The three dimensions and their underlying indicators constitute the evaluation system from different sides. From the system can be seen, the evaluation system is no longer confined to the information’s inherent characteristics.It can offer services for information institutions and users. This prompted us that if we study information quality, we should consider information environment and user’s emotions. The dissertation proposes information quality strategy and improvement mechanisms. Finally, the limitations and prospects of the study are pointed out.
