The Empirical Research On The Influencing Factors Of Information Quality Based On The User Experience And Perception Under The Network Environment

The existence and development of the Internet and information technology, has made the information everywhere,but users always complain that"information poor".The information which is not good enough to meet users'requirements should responsible for that.The information quality is one of the key factors to the social development,and is significance for the corresponding economic activities and the decisions.Therefore, how to improve the information quality has become an important content catching the social's attention.The experience economy's rapid development has promoted all walks of life to concern about the users'experience and perception, especially those in the interactive behavior.In the network invironment, to improve the network information quality, and optimize the user experience has become the only way that the enterprises or information services industry can choose to cope with the experience economy.The importance of the issue of information quality and the experience economy's rapid development has urged the researchers of information management to reassess the information quality from the user experience and perception,for the information quality depends not only on its content,but also on the user experience and perception in the interaction process.Therefore, relying on the national social science funds project, The Study on Optimize the User Experience and Perception, and Establish the Comprehensive Evaluation of the Information Quality (item number:10BTQ007), this paper is about the empirical research on the influencing factors of information quality based on the user experience and perception under the network environment,as follows:Firstly, reviews the previous study results, defines the concepts of user, user interactive behavior,user experience,user perception,information quality,and determines the studyobjects and scope.Secondly, adopts the experimental and expert interview method to obtain the influencing factors of the information quality in the interactive behavior process of the users with the information systems. and tentatively constructs a hypothetical model of the influencing factors of the information quality.Thirdly, according to the experiments and the interview results, designs questionnaire, carries on the network questionnaire investigation, and obtains six aspects of the influencing factors of the information quality as, the experience and perception respectively of the information characteristic, the system help and support, the sensory psychology, the process service, the technical function, and the user personality.Finally, according to the six aspects of influencing factors of information quality, proposes such strategies of optimizing the user experience and promoting the information quality as strengthening the network information resources construction, improving the interface design level, improving the system's help function, perfecting system's technical function, improving process service quality, and paying attention to user's personality and demand, in order that the information service organizations and enterprises can learn from the strategies,and to improve the information products, perfect the information systems, and raise the information service level in practice.
