Moreover, quantitative indicators and endowing with a value to the index sign in the meantime. Then, with the information service quality theories research frame, setting up this model. Final, execute a substantial evidence study.Methods:After studied on the literature review in this field and the domestic part of the hospital site content analysis, discussion with specialists of some hospital information section, this paper initial building a functions and quality assessment dimensions and indicator sets of medical information service for hospital website based on public perspective.By letter, e-mail, telephone, face to face presented to way to the 20 experts about two rounds of consultation, experts from the information science, management and the subtropical high (inclusive) or more titles, hospital information specialists and web design company professionals, Advisory mainly are:focus on the various dimensions of indicators and targets set are appropriate; the various dimensions and indicators of the name is accurate; whether there are issues such as missing indicators; and to determine the weight distribution of the best option.Then, the evaluation index system at all levels of indicators of quantitative and assignment, and the indicators and standardized collection methods; In addition, some hospitals from the theoretical study and site investigation based on the pre-hospital website service quality research framework, the final score method to build an integrated evaluation model.Apply the evaluation model of this research as to study Random sample local ten public hospitals' websites of Grade III Level A, in the meantime adoption weighted rank sum ratio and weighted TOPSIS to evaluate its too, and examine the consistency of three results with Spearman-test.Results:With the 2-term consultation, to build a set of information services covering the website functions and information services quality evaluation index system with two dimensions, eight items and 65 indicators.And with another 2-term consultation to determine the weight for all indicators, in which eight items of A1 to A4 and B1-B4 the weight were 0.245,0.210,0.140,0.105, and 0.120,0.090,0.045,0.045. This comprehensive score evaluation model can be as a comprehensive evaluation method of internet medical information services quality of hospital website in China.Conclusions:(1) Chinese hospital website medical information service evaluation system should be a multi-level and multi-factor structure evaluation model. The comprehensive evaluation index of medical information services architecture consists of two dimensions (medical information services, medical information support services), eight items (medical information disclosure service, network medical information services, medical information interactive services, digital resources services, and information quality, information management, information architecture, information technology),65 indicators, according to the composition of the tree hierarchy.(2) In order to construct the comprehensive evaluation model, we apply the expert scored method to determine the indicators weight, the composite indicators based on weighted total score, and the evaluation based on synthetical scored method.(3) Establish the theory research platform for medical information service quality of hospital websites, found a new model of service quality for profession websites, too.(4) After empirical Evaluation of the ten first rate hospitals, find that the ranking of hospital websites medical information service quality and the ranking of Alexa sytem is significantly related.(5) Empirical studies of the randomly selected ten websites of hospital of Grade III Level A, the evaluation model used in this study and the traditional methods (the weighted rank sum ratio and The weighted TOPSIS) found that, its have best agreement, and demonstrated that the model has better scientific and practical, it can be spread and utilized.
