As socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,China has encouraged and supported the digital economy and cultural industries,and the people have gained access to more and better quality digital publishing products and services.With digital technology integration and innovation,digital transformation deepening and expanding,and data elements fully penetrating,the era of digital economy has arrived.How to cope with the opportunities and challenges of The Times and find their own way of transformation in the new wave of digitization is a major practical problem facing traditional publishing enterprises.At present,some large publishing groups have begun digital transformation and achieved certain results.However,the digital transformation of small and medium-sized publishing enterprises,especially the transformation of education sector,has not caught up with this upsurge due to a variety of factors.Based on this,this thesis chooses the Basic Education Publishing Center of RM Publishing House as the research object,takes the products presented in the process of digital transformation as the clue,and combines the actual situation of the enterprise to study and analyze the digital transformation of traditional publishing enterprises.Based on PEST analysis,this thesis first analyzes the macro-environment of the Elementary Education Publishing Center of RM Publishing House.Then,it summarizes the development process of digital transformation of the Elementary Education Publishing Center of RM Publishing House,focuses on the specific measures and methods tried in the digital transformation of the Elementary Education Publishing Center of RM Publishing House,and then puts forward the problems in the exploration.Finally,through SWOT analysis,the optimization strategy of digital transformation of Elementary Education Publishing Center of RM Publishing House is worked out.After the research,this thesis finds that the Basic Education Publishing Center of RM Publishing House has four major problems in the transformation process: digital products still lack competitiveness,digital product research and development ability needs to be improved,digital product development is in urgent need of professional talents,and digital product marketing channels still need to be improved.After a SWOT comprehensive analysis of its strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats,this thesis puts forward optimization strategies for the subsequent digital transformation of the Elementary Education Publishing Center of RM Publishing House from the aspects of system construction,talent training,increasing research and development.In the key period of integration into the 5G era,the Basic Education Publishing Center of RM Publishing House should continue to refine the product market and integrate content resources,actively change the mode of content production and marketing,break the outdated management ideas,build a high-quality compound talent team,seize the development opportunities,and further integrate high-quality cultural content resources and technologies,strive to make more politically correct,rich and colorful products to serve readers and the society.
