Through the analysis of C audio and video strategic transformation,this paper can promote the development of A Company on the one hand,and provide reference for the transformation of similar companies in the industry on the other hand.The reason for the transformation of A company lies in the challenges and difficulties it faces in the development of C audio and video,including intensified market competition and survival pressure,poor business sustainability and profitability,congenital deficiency in industrial development,huge challenges brought by the development of science and technology,changes in the consumption habits of the audience,and the inability of talents to keep up with development.These challenges have hindered the development of Company A,and it is necessary for Company A to carry out strategic transformation.In this paper,based on PEST analysis model to analyze the macro environment of company,draw lessons from porter five analysis model,from the competitors,substitutes,suppliers and buyers bargaining power of the company's industry development environment is analyzed,using the SWOT analysis model,analysis advantage and disadvantage factors for the development of the company,opportunity and threat factors;Finally,combined with the above analysis conclusions,the development situation of C audio and video strategic transformation under the background of Internet is clarified,and the relevant conclusions obtained through the research are tried to provide reference and reference for other market players in the same industry in both theoretical and practical aspects.To be specific,it includes six parts.Part I: Introduction.It mainly includes research background and significance,research content,research method and technical route.The second part: the basic concept,theoretical basis and literature review.The third part: C audio and video development status and challenges.It mainly includes the development history and current situation analysis of China's audiovisual publishing industry,and the development status,development course,business qualification,core team,and challenges faced by C audiovisual companies.The fourth part: C audio and video development environment analysis.It mainly includes the analysis of macro environment,industry environment and SWOT.The fifth part: C audio and video transformation strategy analysis.It mainly includes the analysis of strategic positioning,strategic objective and strategic path of transformation.Part VI: Conclusion.The main findings of this paper are as following: under the current environment,C should strive to become an audio and video ecological service provider in the digital age,to deliver more and more valuable audio and video services to the society and users,and to improve the quality of residents' video and audio entertainment life.To achieve this vision and mission,C Audio & Video needs to set transformation goals from the aspects of technology,operation,system and brand,and adopt WO strategy to transform and develop.In the specific strategic path,C audio and video needs to make up for the disadvantages,including strengthening the ability of resource integration,strengthening the ability of capital operation,and adjusting the disadvantages of organizational management mechanism;At the same time,it needs to develop opportunities,including seizing the opportunities of industrial restructuring to adjust business structure,build technology platform,and strengthen the construction of corporate culture.
