As a basic way of accumulation and dissemination of human civilization,publication has a long life within the scope of the history of the world;through the unceasing inheritance and evolution,and with continuous development and application of information technology,digital publishing industry has entered a stage of vigorous development.According to the report released by Statista(a foreign statistic company)in 2016,global digital publishing has a market of $15.3 billion in 2016,79.7%of the market occupied by the United States,China and Europe,with market revenue of $12.2 billion.Comparing with the United States and Europe,China's digital publishing consumer number is double that of American and European consumers;and according to the statistics offered in 2016 annual white paper on digital reading released by Chinese audio-video and digital publishing association,domestic market scale is 10.1 billion yuan in 2016,which increased 89.2%compared the corresponding period last year.China's digital publishing industry revenue exceeds 440 billion yuan in 2016,with 298 million users.Under the double pressure of the dramatic expand of the digital publication market and the change of consumer preferences,digital transformation for traditional domestic publishing enterprises is an urgent issue.Because of our country's unique institutional policy,the existing domestic publishing enterprises are quite different from foreign enterprises in many aspects.As a result,reference from digital transformation experience of foreign countries doesn't work well for domestic publishing enterprises;meanwhile,most digital transformation of publishing enterprises is still in a preliminary exploration stage,without a mature and universal solution.Therefore,each domestic publishing enterprise has to raise individual solution according to its own scale,structure and principal industry.Based on the present situation of the digital transformation of Yunnan Education Publishing House,using strategic analysis method,the article aims in seeking solution of the digital transformation for traditional publishing enterprises' digital platform building,business model innovation and construction of talent resource,putting forward concrete implementation scheme of strategic transformation and reconstruction process,endowing new competitive power,providing reference for the same kind of publishing enterprises.
