At the beginning of the sixties of the 20 th century, Chandler, the well-known American management scientist's book "strategy and structure: industrial business history research published, strategy of enterprise opened the precedent. Chandler believes that the enterprise management strategy should be adapted to the environment, to meet the needs of the market, and the organization structure must be adapted to the enterprise strategy, with the strategic changes and changes.Ansoff first proposed the concept of "enterprise strategy" in the 1965 published "corporate strategy", and defined the strategy as "an organization that is going to achieve its goals and missions, including the formulation and evaluation of various solutions, and the plan that will eventually be implemented". Enterprise strategic management, as a new modern enterprise management theory, management ideas and management methods, is a new discipline in the 1980 s from the management of scientific jungle differentiation, is the continuous innovation of knowledge system.JTY company is a nearly 20 years of development of medium-sized private tutors company, in facing two big social supplementary deal and education informatization background, analysis its advantages and disadvantages, external opportunities and threats, there is an urgent need to explore a suitable for enterprise development of the new path.In this paper, we use the relevant strategic management theory, competitive strategy theory and other in-depth analysis of the case of JTY, to determine the future development of strategic direction. Combining theory with practice, normative analysis and case studies combining research methods, in referring to a large number of relevant books and materials, literature based, on the basis of the theory of enterprise strategy, through the analysis of the supplementary enterprise current management, operation and management. Analysis JTY development strategy existing problems and reasons, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. Using management, marketing, economics and other aspects of knowledge, to JTY as the research object, through the Boston matrix analysis, SWOT analysis, to help companies find their own development issues. At the same time, through the questionnaire survey, to understand the level of JTY company employees on the company's strategic transformation feedback and focus on digital publishing. Through comparison and analysis, a combination of methods, to enterprise at present production development research and analysis, find out the bottleneck of the enterprise in the development of enterprises, to explore how the transformation of the development strategy of the enterprise to cultivate and promote the ideas and schemes of supplementary enterprise core competitive force, for decision makers to adopt.This paper draws the following conclusions: according to the JTY company's internal and external environment, according to the existing business, make full use of their own long-term accumulation of content resources and excellent direct sales team, the firm to make strategic transformation, the company's products focus on digital publishing. Only in this way, can double the pressure in the supplementary deal and education information, to find a new path of development.
