The rapid development of mobile Internet technology and e-commerce has put fo rward precise and rapid service requirements for the express industry.The header of e xpress companies are rapidly promoting digital construction relying on automation,In ternet of Things,artificial intelligence and other technologies to become the trendsette r of digital China.Digitization provides opportunities and requirements for the optimi zation of logistics operation site management by using big data technology.As a new production factor,data identification,analysis and utilization,research and practice of precise control methods from online data analysis to offline operation improvement will help express companies achieve their fast,reliable and transparent service goal.F Express actively introduces new technologies such as Internet of Things,big d ata and artificial intelligence,and actively seeks digital transformation.The fully auto mated sorting system put into use in its Y Express transit yard widely applies technolo gies such as Internet of Things and Internet,with a high degree of system integration,realizing the digitalization of the whole logistics process and the whole sorting proces s,and possessing the digital function of online transit operation data.In view of the di gital transformation,Y Express transit yard still has practical problems such as rough management methods,low operation quality,less than expected core business indicat ors,and poor data application,etc.By learning relevant theoretical knowledge at hom e and abroad,drawing on Six Sigma management DMAIC process and tools,and carr ying out lean production and site management theories as guidance,starting from data analysis of customer complaints,digging deeper into the impact of site operations,an d improving and standardizing.Based on this,we have formed a precise site manage ment method featuring data-driven analysis from online data to offline operation impr ovement.Through research and practice,it helped Y Express transit yard explore and build a precise site management method with data-driven characteristics,using online data to implementing offline improvement precisely.At the same time,after the implement ation of the program,the monthly average customer complaint rate of Y transit yard i mproved by 53.59% compared with the pre-implementation rate,and the related opera tion management indicators were significantly improved.The study not only improve s the operation quality,site management capability and customer service level of Y Ex press transit yard,but also demonstrates the positive value of digital system based on automation and IOT technology,which improves the data value mining capability and digital operation management level of the enterprise,and further promotes the digital transformation development of the enterprise.
