Research And Implementation Of The Secuirties Inner Management System Based On Lean Six Sigma

Today, more and more companies are endeavoring in the research and practiceof Lean Six Sigma. The achievement and significance of Lean Six Sigmamanagement theory is beyond all doubt. The lean production tell six sigma what todo first, then six sigma management will tell us how to do, thus it will ensure theprocess is under control. For different complex problems, it applies differentsolutions. Having the troubles of low market penetration, long application cycle andlow use rate, G bank’s Securities is always in a disadvantageous position in theSecurities market competition.In order to solve these problems, the author helps the G bank’s Securities centerto analyze its present situation by using the Lean Six Sigma, and develops acomplete Securities system by using smart devices to simplify the application,adopting the combination approach of manual audit and automatic audit to speed upthe approval process and improve the accuracy of the audit. This thesis mainlyfocuses on the Lean Six Sigma analysis of Securities system, its design of internalmanagement system and implementation of the Securities. The paper also gives adeep and profound interpretation of the system design background, design principleand the data flow in the system design and implementation section.After the Lean Six Sigma analysis of the Securities’s current situation, somedefects have been recognized, and by using the Securities internal managementsystem, application has been simplified, the internal management system auditprocess has been optimized, the efficiency of the Securities has been improved. Atthe same time, we hope to be able to improve the market share. Of course, a betterresult has always being our expectation after the Lean Six Sigma analysis when theSecurities market’s occupancy has reached to a certain degree.Through the study, I also deeply realize the importance of system analysis. A good analysis method cansave more manpower and material resources. In the future, I will work harder on thestudy of different successful analysis method, hoping that it will be in betterimplementation in the working practice.
