Entering the21st century, with the improving of dependence people to mobile phone, the competition between enterprises, related to the production of mobile phone parts, is becoming more and fiercer. CNTOUCH Company belongs to the manufacturing enterprises, which major products are electronic products such as mobile phones, eBooks carbon nanometer materials touch screen. In the fierce market competition, the company is facing the great challenge of reduce cost and improve product quality.In this paper, combined with the production process of carbon nanometer materials touch screen of CNTOUCH company, based on the lean six sigma methods of D-M-A-I-C-L model, in order to improve the big board section of the quality of the products as the research object, research on its production process are analyzed, the key factors affecting the quality of the products to offset bad, determine the deviation caused by bad site for joint site, and then to improve the laminating machine analysis.Because CNTOUCH company consist low personnel work efficiency, high machine failure rate, materials in short supply and many other problems, so it is necessary and feasible that companies implementing lean six sigma method.On the basis of the thorough analysis of the big board section production process in CNTOUCH Company, by using bad data of products and the modern quality tools, the key factors affecting the quality of products is determined. Fishbone diagram is used to offset the bad date for analyze, concluded that cause offset adverse factors is the stability of the organic units, staff proficiency, temperature, humidity, and thickness of the OCA. Four sets of experiments were conducted to solve the problems of high offset non-performing rate encountered in the production process. Univariate hypothesis testing was done in combination with the experimental data by using Minitab software to determine the stability is the key quality factor for the offset non-performing.Through experiment, data measurement and process capability analysis, this paper draws a conclusion that the process capability index of the deviation to the product is equal to0.16. Then the machine is not stable and process capability is the serious shortage, which needs to make improvement.On the basis of making in-depth analysis to the working principle of the laminating machine this paper find out defects of the structure and principle and put forward to adding machine vision systems and automated test system, which carry out automatically test the deviation and pre-contraposition. Research on the automatic detection and feedback method is base on sub-pixel edge detection method and C++programming language. The improved structure makes the machine offset reduced to1%and the process capability index is equal to1.01, which suggests that improving effect is remarkable.
