In recent years,a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation has developed rapidly,accelerating the evolution of the Internet development cycle,and the rise and fall of various industries have shown a more intense trend.Against this backdrop,China’s new media industry is facing profound changes in the internal and external environment.These changes not only have an impact on the business model of enterprises,but also have given rise to new marketing methods.New media enterprises urgently need to enhance expected management and plan overall development from a strategic perspective to adapt to the current development situation of this industry,which is full of changes.F New Media Company seized the opportunity in the last wave of the internet and quickly rose to become one of the mainstream comprehensive portal websites.After its heyday,the company is now facing pressure from a continuous decline in revenue.How to find a suitable development direction for the company and move towards new peaks has become the goal explored by F New Media Company,and also the answer pursued by internet companies.This article is based on strategic management theory and comprehensively applies various strategic management analysis tools to study the development strategy of F New Media Company.Firstly,this article uses the PEST analysis method to deeply analyze the external macro environment of the company,covering multiple factors such as politics,law,economy,society,and technology,in order to reveal the impact of the external macro environment on the company.At the same time,the Porter Five Forces model was used to comprehensively evaluate the bargaining power of suppliers in the company’s industry,the bargaining power of buyers,the threat of potential entrants,the threat of substitutes,and the level of competition among competitors in the same industry,in order to understand the competitive landscape within the industry.Subsequently,this article explores the internal environment of the company,summarizing its resource status and existing capabilities from aspects such as human resources,brand resources,user resources,financial resources,business resources,content production and innovation capabilities,advertising planning capabilities,and technical capabilities.Finally,the SWOT analysis tool was used to identify the company’s external opportunities,threats,and internal strengths and weaknesses.Based on the company’s strategic positioning and goals,a comprehensive analysis and formulation of the company’s development strategy were conducted.The research results indicate that F New Media Company should adopt an intensive strategy to adapt to industry changes and challenges.The specific implementation measures include continuously providing high-quality content,focusing on enhancing brand image and media influence,building a diversified income system,and achieving the integration of Taiwan and the internet.In addition,this article also proposes three safeguard measures:strengthening human resource construction,deepening corporate culture construction,and strengthening financial support to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy. |
