With the deepening of the market economy,China’s economy has achieved steady growth,which has injected new vitality into the vigorous development of the advertising media industry.Over the years,it has played an important role in various social,cultural,commercial and other fields,and has a huge influence on every level of today’s society.China’s advertising and media industry is building a new "Red Sea" market,the market competition is very fierce.In 2022,due to the impact of the epidemic,China’s total Internet advertising revenue was only 508.8 billion yuan,with an annual growth rate of-6.38 percent.This has put downward pressure on the macro economy and led to a slump in the advertising and media market.YL Media Co.,Ltd.in the fierce market competition,as a member of the advertising media industry,facing great challenges and opportunities.In 2013,YL Media company was formally established,its registered capital of up to 2 million yuan,it is the history of Fangcheng County one of the most influential cultural media enterprises.YL Media has grown over the past ten years,with a wide range of activities including publicity,advertising,cultural products,decoration and design.By 2022,the company will achieve sales revenue of 1.732 million yuan.YL Media company faces many opportunities and challenges,the most important of which is the optimization of policies,the rapid development of new media technology and the growth of market demand.However,these factors may also lead to intensified competition in the media industry,and even face the impact of new media formats.In a company,there are some advantages and disadvantages.The company has stable customer resources,strong team strength,high product quality and good reputation.However,the disadvantage lies in the lack of innovation ability,the lack of scientific human resource management,and the poor brand image.The future development vision is to continuously expand the media industry chain,explore more emerging industries,such as new media operation,achieve annual revenue of more than 3 million yuan,occupy an advantage in the market,establish a good brand image,and create a local well-known media company with both social value and economic benefits.After in-depth study,it is found that growth strategy is the best choice for YL media development.Therefore,this paper will focus on the strategic objectives of the enterprise,put forward a series of effective implementation steps and key analysis,to help YL Media Limited to better cope with the current challenges.
