In the background of the development of convergent media,the business philosophy of the radio and television media industry has quietly changed,and the competition in the industry has become more brutal and fierce.Due to the lack of scientific development strategy planning of S Radio and Television Media Group,its competitiveness has been weakened under the impact of the development of convergent media.Therefore,scientific development strategy planning under the background of converged media is the top priority for S Radio and Television Media Group to achieve sustainable development.This thesis firstly analyzes the current situation of the development strategy of S Radio and Television Media Group,and finds that the development positioning is not accurate enough,the company-level strategy is not adjusted according to the actual situation,the functional strategy is not scientific enough,and the guarantee measures for the implementation of the development strategy are not perfect.Secondly,it analyzes the internal environment of the company from two aspects of basic activities and auxiliary activities,and uses PEST and Porter’s five forces model to analyze the macro and micro external environment.It uses SWOT to summarize the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the company’s development,and based on the questionnaire survey,it conducts EFE and IFE matrix analysis of the company’s external and internal factors.Then,based on the analysis of the internal and external environment of the development of S Radio and Television Media Group,the SWOT strategy matrix was formulated,and four optional company-level strategies for the company’s development strategy were obtained,namely SO(growth strategy),WO(reversal strategy)Biography),ST(multi-operation strategy),WT(defensive strategy).according to the matrix analysis of internal and external factors,the company-level strategy of S Radio and Television Media Group is determined as a reverse strategy,which is formulated from two aspects of development vision,mission and development goals.The development strategic positioning of S Radio and Television Media Group.The vision and mission of S Radio and Television Media Group is: to become a new type of radio and television media group with strong comprehensive strength,strong public opinion guiding ability and leading capability in China,and to establish new development goals in terms of business performance and management.Finally,from the four aspects of creating personalized content and popular products,strengthening the matrix of all-media communication,building a "smart radio and television +" ecosystem,and strengthening the construction of high-quality talent teams,four functional layers of products,marketing,technology and talents have been formulated.Strategy,put forward the implementation of safeguard measures from the four aspects of management system,business and profit model,policy funds,and media integration system to ensure the smooth implementation of the development strategy of S Radio and Television Media Group.
