Research On The Influencing Factors Of Library Public Digital Culture Service Quality From The Perspective Of Information Ecology

With the evolution of information technology,the digital service mode has become a new mode for libraries to carry out cultural services.Libraries rely on information technology to integrate cultural resources,so that users can enjoy more diversified and personalized cultural services.The progress of society and the improvement of public literacy have gradually increased the public’s demand for the quality of cultural services.As an important public digital culture service organization,library plays a key role in the public digital culture service system.Therefore,how to steadily improve the quality of library public digital culture service has become a key topic in the current public digital culture service research.Based on this,this study,from the perspective of information ecology,makes an in-depth study on the influencing factors of the public digital culture service quality of the library,and further seeks ways to improve the quality,in order to provide reference for the improvement measures of the public digital culture service quality of the library.First of all,the article must adopt the perspective of information ecology,starting from the four levels of information people,information,information environment and information technology,combined with the theoretical model of service quality gap,construct the influencing factor model of library public digital cultural services,and discuss the relationship between various information elements in library public digital cultural services.Secondly,on the basis of summarizing the research results of relevant papers,a questionnaire on the influencing factors of public digital cultural services of Libraries in China is designed according to the four factors of information ecology theory,which is distributed in a close combination of online and offline methods,and the questionnaire data is tested by SPSS software.On the above basis,the validity of the model is verified by structural equation model,and according to the analysis results from the aspects of information person,information The four dimensions of information environment and information technology put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the improvement of public digital cultural services of Libraries in China.
