Research On The Service Quality Evaluation Of Public Information For Smart Cities Based On Information Ecology

With the advancement of our country wisdom urban construction work,popularize and apply new information technology that makes the traditional public service with the transformation of the cities.In the city,more and more departments to start building a new generation of information technology to support the public information service.Its quality reflects the public sector to provide public service ability and level in the wisdom of the city,a new environment,and that has an important influence for the wisdom of city construction and public satisfaction of public sector information service work.A scientific and reasonable evaluation of the public information service quality of smart cities is not only conducive to improve the quality of public information service of smart cities and improving the satisfaction degree of the public,but also plays a role in promoting the long-term healthy development of public information service of smart cities.The theory of information ecology is coordinated development of people,information,technology and information environment.It can provide a new interpretation framework for the complex relationship between people,information objects and information technology in the information environment.Therefore,from the perspective of information ecology,this article introduces theory of information ecology wisdom,in the research of urban public information service quality evaluation,to build intelligent city public information service quality evaluation index system,using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to determine the index weight,and the wisdom of Shanghai city public information service platform "Shanghai China" a sample of the case study.Its aims to improve the quality of wisdom city public information service provides guidance and realize intelligent urban environments in public information service process,information,technology and environment coordination between sustainable development.Firstly,the research background and significance of this paper are analyzed,and the research framework of this paper is determined by combing the relevant research literature at home and abroad.Then it summarizes the connotation of public information service of smart city from the perspective of information ecology,information service theory and information ecology.Second,on the basis of the related theory and the connotation of wisdom city public information service quality evaluation and informational ecological perspective,according to the information as well as the characteristics of intelligent city public information service,this paper makes the framework of evaluation index.Selecting initial indicators by read paper and ask specialist of smart city,and the subordinating degree function to screening the initial validation index system,to determine the final evaluation index system.Through the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)that to determine the index weight.Finally,the wisdom of Shanghai city public information service platform "Shanghai China" as the research object of case study.The above evaluation index system that the wisdom of the urban public information service quality was used for sample evaluation,and analyzes the evaluation results.It verifies the wisdom city public information service scientific nature and rationality of the evaluation index system.Then,give some countermeasures and suggestions for improving the quality of public information services in smart cities are proposed.
