Objective: By constructing a model of factors influencing patients’ willingness to use the Chinese medicine delivery service platform,analyzing the factors influencing patients’ use of Chinese medicine delivery services and their interrelationships,and quantifying the path coefficients,we provide references for the development and improvement of the Chinese medicine delivery service platform,and devote ourselves to providing patients with more high-quality and convenient delivery services and improving their medical experience.Methods: Based on the technology acceptance model,combined with perceived risk theory,perceived cost theory and personal innovation theory,we proposed hypotheses about the factors influencing patients’ willingness to use the Chinese medicine delivery service platform based on the previous research results,and constructed the research model and designed the questionnaire accordingly.The questionnaires were mainly distributed online through the Questionnaire Star platform,and finally the collected questionnaire data were analyzed using statistical analysis methods such as exploratory factor analysis,principal component analysis and structural equation modeling method.Results: A total of 400 questionnaires were collected,and the incomplete questionnaires,questionnaires with short response time and questionnaires with obvious logical errors were excluded,and finally 376 valid questionnaires were obtained,with an effective rate of 94.0%.In the analysis of the structural equation modeling method,the absolute fit index,value-added fit index and parsimonious fit index were used to evaluate the fit of the model,and all the indexes reached an acceptable or ideal state,indicating that the fit of the model is ideal.From the path coefficient plot of the standardized model,it can be seen that perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,and personal innovativeness have a positive and significant influence on patients’ attitudes toward use;perceived risk and perceived cost have a negative influence on patients’ attitudes toward use,but the influence of perceived cost on attitudes toward use is not significant;intention to use is positively influenced by perceived ease of use and attitude toward use,but the influence of attitude toward use is higher than that of perceived ease of use.Conclusion: Based on the research results,this study concludes that to enhance patients’ willingness to use the Chinese medicine delivery service platform,we need to innovate the service form,improve the service suitability,and expand the service group;optimize the platform operation interface,simplify the operation process,and enhance patient satisfaction;reduce the service cost,weaken the negative influence,improve the service temperature,and increase user stickiness;focus on the demand characteristics of patients at different levels,improve patients’ medical experience To enhance the service height;strengthen the platform security construction,protect patients’ privacy,realize the timely update of the whole process distribution information,take care of patients’ sense of security and cultivate patients’ loyalty;increase the publicity of the distribution service to enhance patients’ recognition.
