Study On Evaluation Of Public Library Health Information Service Quality From The Perspective Of Information Ecology

With the continuous advancement of the process of building a healthy China,the health information service of public libraries is also improving.The public library not only plays a vital role in the retrieval and acquisition of health information resources,but also plays an important role in the evaluation of the ability and level of public sector health information service,which plays an important role in grasping the level of public sector health information service quality and promoting the construction and development of healthy China.Therefore,a scientific and reasonable evaluation of the quality of health information service of public libraries will not only help to improve the health information service of public libraries and the public satisfaction,but also play an important reference and promotion role for the sustainable development of health information service of public departments.The development of Public Library's health information service and the improvement of Public Library's health information service quality can't be achieved in one move.Its process is affected by the comprehensive factors of people,information,technology and information environment in Public Library's information ecosystem.Therefore,the introduction of information ecology theory into the study of Public Library health information service quality and the construction of Public Library health information service quality evaluation system will help to provide useful reference for the improvement of Public Library and even public sector health information service quality.In order to achieve this goal,this paper has done the following work:Firstly,this paper combs the relevant literature of Public Library health information service,analyzes the research background and significance of this paper,determines the basic research framework,and expounds and explains the relevant theories of Public Library health information service from the perspective of information ecology,information service and information ecology.Secondly,from the perspective of information ecology,by analyzing the relevant theories of health information service quality evaluation of public libraries and referring to the characteristics of health information service of public libraries,this paper uses the methods of literature research and expert consultation to select the initial indicators,verifies and selects the initial indicators according to the membership function,and initially constructs the evaluation index system,AHP is used to determine the final index weight,and the final evaluation system is established.Finally,taking Guangzhou Library as the research object,this paper makes an empirical analysis,and makes a sample evaluation according to the health information service quality evaluation index system of public library,which verifies the scientific rationality of the index system,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to the analysis results.
