Research On The Quality Evaluation Of Cultural Services In Community Libraries

Since the 21 st century,in order to promote the development of grass-roots cultural undertakings,governments at all levels and enterprises and institutions have responded positively to the central government's goal of building a modern public cultural service system.Grass-roots community libraries,as the core pillar of leading grass-roots community cultural atmosphere,are committed to linking culture closely with public life.Based on the perspective of public cultural service system,this paper defines the orientation of community libraries in the general environment,mainly taking Shijiazhuang and Xingtai community libraries in Hebei Province as the research object.At the same time,referring to the relevant literature of library service quality research at home and abroad,three first-level indexes,seven second-level indexes and 24 specific index items are determined as the evaluation index system of this study.Owing to the outbreak of new coronavirus,five representative community libraries in two cities were selected as the key evaluation objects in the investigation stage,and the questionnaire was empirically analyzed with SPSS 24.0 and Excel tools to sum up the existing problems.Based on the advantages of community library development in other regions,the corresponding optimization development strategies are put forward.
