Research On The Application Of "Double World-class Project" Virtual Librarians In University Libraries

In recent years,the construction of smart library has developed rapidly.As the core element of smart library,the development of smart librarians has also attracted much attention.In 2021,the yuan universe will be hot,and virtual digital people are widely used in various industries,providing a new form for the development of virtual librarians in libraries,and also pointing out a new direction for the development of intelligent librarians.When the library service position extends to the virtual space,virtual librarians emerge and are committed to meeting the service needs of users in virtual space service.The emergence of virtual librarians reflects the library service upgrade,injected vitality for the library development,virtual librarians can not only provide users with all-round,break through the limitation of time and space of library services,also can assist the librarians work,the future will become the library wisdom service subject and the carrier,form the exclusive service IP,build library characteristic service brand.This paper takes 42 virtual librarians of "double world-class project" university libraries as the research object to study the application situation of virtual librarians from the perspective of application status and user research.First of all,the network survey method was adopted to collect the data of the application platform,image design,implementation mode and service function of the virtual librarians in 42 university libraries,and sort out and analyze them.Second use questionnaire survey method of 42 "double world-class project" in 20 applied virtual librarians library user attitude questionnaire,combined with ABC attitude model and Likert five scale design questionnaire,through questionnaire star platform collect effective questionnaire 270,the questionnaire reliability and validity,user basic information,user psychological cognition,user information behavior,user emotional experience and user evaluation is analyzed.According to the investigation and analysis of "double world-class project" the virtual librarians,the virtual librarian application platform is mainly based on the official website of the library,while the We Chat public account platform is relatively few;the virtual librarians are based on robots,characters and animals;and the virtual librarians are intelligent customer service,realizing a single form;the virtual librarians provide real-time online service,but mostly basic service is less personalized service,and the intelligence degree is not high.Based on the research results of "double world-class project" user attitude of virtual librarians,the paper analyzes the application status of virtual librarians and the development strategies of virtual librarians,based on the application of virtual librarians,from the characteristics of application,the image design,enrich the interaction mode,increase the technical support,expand the service boundary,and facilitate the development of virtual librarians.
