Research On The Demand Of Subject Librarian Service Users In Henan Colleges And Universities Library

As the information center of the school,the library has been assisting teaching and research positions play an extremely crucial role,a significant purpose of its existence is as far as possible to provide users with good service.Understanding and mastering the user's needs is the focus of library staff.The relevant factors of University Library Subject Librarian user demand analysis,and find out the relevant factors and put forward the promotion strategy of subject librarian service,it has certain realistic meaning.The paper consists of six parts: the first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background and significance of this paper,the relevant research situation at home and abroad and the main research structure,content and method of the paper and the innovation point.The second part introduces the practice of Subject Librarian System in University Library at home and abroad of University Library Subject librarian service.The third part mainly demand situation the Henan University Library Subject Librarian made analysis and comprehensive investigation,the interview method was adopted to reveal the features and contents.The fourth part is the empirical study on the influencing factors of the needs of the user to the Henan province university subject librarian service.Data were collected by interview and summarized and analyzed according to grounded theory.The theory is summarized and analyzed,analysis the key factor influencing factors,and construct the relation model.In the fifth part,combined with the third part and the fourth part is the conclusion,suggestions and strategies for promoting the service of Subject Librarians in University Libraries in Henan based on user needs are put forward.Based on the sixth part of the research content and conclusion are summarized.The research conclusions are as follows: factors affecting Henan province university library subject librarian service user needs include library attribution category,competition environment and user attribution attribution category category factors for each category will have some impact on the user demand for services.Based on the above analysis,this paper puts forward the service attitude andquality of Library Subject Librarians from the aspects of service,librarian,user and guarantee,as much as possible to achieve the user demand quality of service of Librarians under construction and promotion.
