Research On The Construction Of Digital Resources In Financial And Economic University Libraries Under The Background Of "Double First-Class"

Under the background of "double world-class" construction,the development of characteristic and advantage disciplines is more important in Colleges and universities.The construction of digital resources in university libraries is an important factor to support the development of disciplines.Financial Colleges and universities generally have the advantages and characteristics of economic and management disciplines,and users of different disciplines have different needs,which puts forward higher requirements for the construction of digital resources in libraries.Under the background of "double world-class" construction,this paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of digital resources construction of Guizhou University of Finance and Economics Library from the different dimensions of digital resources construction content,characteristic database,co construction and sharing,trial database,database utilization rate,procurement mode,combined with the discipline construction of the University.Finally,the paper gives the Countermeasures of digital resources construction in Guizhou University of Finance and economics in resource selection,characteristic database,co construction and sharing,trial database,utilization rate and procurement mode.In general,the research work of this paper is mainly reflected in the following aspects:(1)This paper introduces the related concepts of digital resources,including the definition,types and characteristics of digital resources;the related contents of digital resources construction,including the significance,principles and approaches of digital resources construction planning;the related contents of digital resources co construction and sharing,including the background,system guarantee and projects of Co Construction and sharing;the performance evaluation elements of digital resources construction,including the input of digital resources Factor,use factor and output factor.(2)By using the methods of network investigation,expert interview and comparative analysis,this paper makes an investigation and analysis of the current situation of the construction of digital resources in the library of Guizhou University of Finance and economics,including the contents of the construction of digital resources,the response of the users' needs of digital resources,and the support of digital resources to the discipline;arranges the expert interview of the construction of digital resources;compares it with five "double world-class" financial universities At the same time,it compares the content of digital resource construction,characteristic database,co-construction and sharing,trial database,utilization rate and procurement mode.(3)Find out some gaps in the construction of digital resources in Guizhou University of Finance and economics,and give relevant improvement countermeasures,mainly including enriching the construction content of digital resources,strengthening the construction of characteristic database,expanding the circle of friends for co construction and sharing,paying attention to the use of trial database,improving the utilization rate of digital resources,and improving the procurement mode of digital resources.The construction of "double world-class" in Colleges and universities is a process of dynamic adjustment.The construction of digital resources plays an important supporting role in the construction of disciplines in Colleges and universities.Scientific and reasonable construction of digital resources has specific requirements for different types of university libraries,and the construction contents are different.I hope that the research work of this paper can provide some reference for the construction of digital resources of Guizhou University of Finance and Economics Library under the background of "double world-class".
