Research On The Reconstruction Of "Double First Class" Construction Universities

The construction of "double first-class",which is a national strategy,the target is to build world-class universities and first-class disciplines,a strong country of higher education by the middle of this century."Double first-class" construction has both construction and reform tasks.Reform is an important measure for the connotative development and breakthrough progress of "double first-class" universities,and an important task for "double first-class" universities in the future.The library is among them.The reorganization of library management organization is the requirement to complete the "double first-class" construction task,and also the need of the transformation and development of library itself under the Internet and cloud computing environment.The reorganization of library management organization has always been the bottleneck of library reform and development,and the construction of "double first-class" provides an opportunity to break through the bottleneck.The thesis analyzes the five construction tasks and five reform tasks of the "double first-class" construction,and studies the new tasks,new goals and new missions of "double first-class" university library construction to serve the construction of first-class disciplines,scientific research,personnel training,inheritance and innovation of excellent culture,facilitating the transformation of achievements,and the new requirements of improving the internal governance structure.;scanned the reform process of library management institutions,summed up the historical experience of library institution reform,summarized,analyzed and refined related research results and related cases;surveyed and studied the management status and existing problems of 137 university libraries listed in the "Double First-Class" construction Institutional;based on scientific management theory,general management theory and rational bureaucracy theory,absorbed the strength of vertical administrative management model and matrix business management model,and explored the theoretical basis for the reorganization of university library management institutions;this paper constructs reorganization mode of university library institution in the construction of "double first-class",and puts forward that five centers needed to be built to support the construction of "double first-class" in university library,and reorganizes the institutions around the five centers,which points out the direction for the institutional reform of library.
