Study On Redesign Of Training Project System Of Human Resources For HS University Library

University library is an important support department for the education andscientific research in colleges and universities. The ability and work performanceof librarian will affect the development of university library directly.Strengthening the systematic training is an important means to improve thecomprehensive ability of librarian. Therefore, it is necessary to construct thehuman resources training project system of university library actively.At first, this paper made comprehensive interview on the relevant trainingtheories as well as the current university library training at home and abroad, thenanalyzed the current status of the librarian team, the present training situation andits existing problems by taking the HS university library as the research objectiveand carried out the questionnaire on the training status and training needs aimingat all the librarians. Furthermore, the SPSS analysis software was adopted toconduct the statistical analysis on the questionnaire. Next, construct the humanresource training project system of library based on the questionnaire analysisresults including training need analysis, training program system design, training evaluation system design and then formulate the safeguard measure of system.This training system is designed based on the current situation and librarian needof HS university library with relatively high feasibility and operability.The research results of training project system in this paper will promote theestablishment of sound human resource training management system of HSuniversity library, promote the library training management and help the overalldevelopment of library. Meanwhile, it is wished that the research results enable toprovide reference for the human resource training of university library.
