With the improvement of the business environment and technological progress in China,the Internet and information technology industries have flourished,and the scale of software projects has rapidly expanded.In this context,there have been phenomena such as variable demands,tight project schedules,and high dependence on resources in the process of software development,posing a huge challenge to the level of software development project management in enterprises.Completing the development and delivery of software projects on time and with high quality can help enterprises quickly seize the market and seize the opportunity.With limited resources,many enterprises are unable to respond well to the changing needs of the market and users through traditional software project schedule management methods,resulting in the actual progress of projects falling behind schedule and being in a backward position in market competition.Currently,many software companies have abandoned the traditional waterfall development model and opted for a lightweight,adaptable,iterative delivery agile development model.This article comprehensively considers the actual situation of X Company,and adopts agile development methods to explore and study improvement plans to help X Company improve the level of project schedule management.Through practical research,it is found that X Company uses the traditional waterfall development model in software development project schedule management,while during the software development process,this model gradually exposes issues such as poor communication,variable requirements,and unreasonable project schedule.Based on the comparison of different software schedule management models and the relevant methods of agile development,this article designs corresponding improvement plans,and finally conducts practice and verification through actual project cases.After the implementation of specific projects,the improvement scheme has achieved good results,proving the feasibility and effectiveness of the Scrum model.The project schedule management improvement plan proposed in this article not only solves the current project schedule management confusion of X Company,helps X Company achieve long-term development,but also provides certain reference and reference significance for software development project schedule management of similar enterprises.
