The Schedule And Quality Management Of H Internet Project Based On Agile Development

In the era of today's Internet project boom,with the rapid development of Internet technology,Traditional industries have created many new markets and requirements in the process of integration with the Internet,and financial payment is no exception.The development of Internet platform is characterized by changeable demands and fast response to occupy the market.This poses a very high challenge to the software development that has been using the traditional development model.How to complete software research and development in a shorter life cycle,and ensure the progress and quality of the project to meet the requirements,is a severe challenge faced by project managers.In this new business environment,the traditional software project management model has been unable to meet the requirements of the Internet project fast,changeable and high awareness,and agile development has been used.This paper studies the methods and strategies of schedule and quality management in project management.The main contents include the following parts.First of all,the article explain the relevant concepts through combing the domestic and international Internet project schedule and quality management research status;Secondly,the main body research the Schedule management through the application of Scrum in the H Internet project and do an example from the creation of Product Backlog,Sprint planning meeting,the implementation process of Sprint,Sprint review meeting and review meeting on the four aspects of schedule management in the different stages of practice;Finally,the article through the application of Scrum agile development in H Internet project quality management,the total quality management model is constructed,and the project quality management system is developed,from quality management plan,project development plan,software review and test control,defect statistics and process improvement four aspects,optimize the quality management of H Internet project development process.Through the research of agile development model used in the H Internet project schedule and quality management,to provide a reference for the progress and quality management of the H Internet Project at the same time,this study also provides a reference for the progress and quality management for similar projects.
