The Application And Research Of Scrum Agile In Software Project Schedule Management Of Start-Up Enterprises

In project management,resources,schedule and quality are the decisive factors affecting the success or failure of a project.Project schedule management is an important part of the process of project management.The quality of the project schedule and the tracking and control of the project schedule directly affect the progress and final output of the project.In the process of project advancement,the project objectives may change with the progress of the project,and the progress management plan of the project will be adjusted accordingly.Especially in start-up enterprises,changes in demand,market fluctuations,policy impacts and changes in enterprise development direction will profoundly affect the progress of enterprise software projects.How to maintain the effectiveness of the schedule plan and at the same time respond to the adjustment of the project quickly is a question worth pondering.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to carry out the application research on the project schedule management of start-up enterprises.At first,this paper studies the project progress management related theoretical basis,including traditional software development model and the Scrum agile software development,and fully studying relevant methods in the application of schedule management tools,such as through the work breakdown structure(WBS)refining the work task,using the method of PERT and planning poker to estimate project time,using the burn-down chart to track the task progress,etc.Then,taking the Internet start-ups in the current entrepreneurial wave as the research object,this paper deeply analyzes the characteristics of Internet software start-ups,the internal and external environment conditions they face,the characteristics of software projects and the problems they face in project schedule management,and puts forward reasonable countermeasures and solutions.Finally,the software project of C company is taken as a case study to analyze the application process of Scrum agile development combined with project buffer in project schedule management.This paper mainly analyzes the working process of applying Scrum agile development in the project,such as the practical process of Scrum agile development,the process of time estimation using planning poker method,the development of project progress buffer using root variance method,and the tracking of project progress and inspection results through daily station meeting(Daily Scrum)and iteration review meeting.The application results show that the application of Scrum agile development in the start-up enterprise software project can improve the project schedule,effectively control the project schedule lag and delay.
