Research On Progress Management Optimization Of B Group Jixiang E+ Intelligent Platform Software Project

As information technology continues to become more widely used across various industries,many companies are increasingly adopting software technology to improve management efficiency and reduce management costs.The Ji Xiang E+ intelligent platform is a software platform that the B Group is planning to build.However,a series of problems in project progress management were exposed in the early stages of the development of this software platform project.Therefore,this article studies the introduction of a more scientific and reasonable project management method to optimize and improve project progress management,in order to enhance the company’s development and management capabilities in software projects.This article studies the current situation of progress management for B Group’s Ji Xiang E+ intelligent platform project.By using methods such as interview research and summarization,it analyzes a series of problems in progress management that exist in the software development project,such as serious delays,slow delivery,and difficult progress control,and summarizes the root causes of these problems.Through the adoption of Scrum development methods,WBS work breakdown methods,Kanban management methods,critical path methods,and Dev Ops,scientifically reasonable and effective optimization measures are proposed for project progress management.It is hoped that the above optimization measures will be implemented in project progress management to solve a series of problems in progress management that arise from factors such as outdated management methods and unreasonable resource allocation.By providing scientific and feasible optimization measures for the progress management of the Ji Xiang E+ intelligent platform project,this article also provides guidance and reference value for B Group’s other software projects and even software development projects in the property services industry in the future.
