With the diversification of global trade patterns,the competition between enterprises has become increasingly fierce.If enterprises want to have more voice in the market competition,they need to carry out production line reform urgently,Improve product unit production efficiency,reduce product production cost and unit resource consumption.Production line balance rate directly affects the enterprise’s annual production capacity and the cost of various resources,so it is important to conduct in-depth research on the product line balance.Thesis takes T company’s electromagnetic brake driver production line as the research object.It is studied from the aspects of production line operation process,production line flow,workstation balance rate and equipment layout by using industrial engineering related methods.By analyzing its existing problems,the solution is proposed from the perspective of industrial engineering and two-population genetic algorithm.Firstly,the thesis makes a detailed and systematic analysis of the academic background of the research and the research status of the production line,and then elaborates the relevant theoretical knowledge and solutions related to the balance of the production line.Then,by analyzing the production status of the electromagnetic brake driver production line of T Company,we can specifically understand the process technology and production process of the production line.Secondly,the operation measurement method is used to standardize the processing of production data,and the balance rate before optimization is 73.44% through formula calculation.Combined with industrial engineering method,the operation action of production line operators is systematically analyzed,the layout of mechanical equipment,the number of personnel,the product manufacturing process,etc.,and detailed optimization measures are proposed according to the analysis results.Then,by using the double population genetic algorithm based on Matlab,the workstations of the electromagnetic brake drive production line are redivided after the process improvement.The number of different workstations that are reset is used for simulation calculation.Finally,the program simulation calculation shows that when the number of workstations is 7,the balance rate is 94.03%.The improvement range is 20.59%,the optimization effect is obvious,and two workers are reduced.Through the verification of Flexsim software,the analysis shows that the improvement effect is obvious,which can effectively reduce the operating cost of the enterprise and improve the production balance rate.
