In recent years,with the rapid development of manufacturing industry,manufacturing enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition.The optimization and improvement of assembly line balance has always been the focus of attention for manufacturing enterprises,because the assembly line with high balance rate can not only reduce production costs and improve unit time productivity,but also bring more profits for enterprises.In this paper,according to the actual situation of assembly line of high-pressure pump head of X company,process reorganization is used to improve and optimize the assembly line,balance the working time of each workstation,and ultimately the assembly line of high-pressure pump head is optimized to achieve better improvement effect.Firstly,the company X is introduced briefly.At the same time,according to the data collected from the assembly line of high-pressure pump head,the process flow chart,the operation priority diagram and the process division table are drawn,and the stopwatch is used to measure the standard operation hours of the process.Secondly,a simulation model based on workstation is established by Flexsim simulation software.According to the running results of the simulation model,the existing balance problems of the assembly line are analyzed.Finally,on the basis of process reorganization,a balanced mathematical model with minimum cycle time and smoothness index is established,and the assembly line of high-pressure pump head with different workstations is simulated and optimized by using two-population genetic algorithm,and the solution is coded with the help of Matlab.Then the optimal scheme is selected and simulated to verify the feasibility and validity of the improved scheme by comparing the data before and after optimization.After improvement and optimization,the cycle time of the assembly line of highpressure pump head has decreased from 111.5s to 81.8s,the balance rate has increased from 68.72% to 93.18%,the smoothness index has decreased from 42.55 to 6.89,and the assembly line of high-pressure pump head reached a better balance state.This paper has 30 figures,10 tables and 80 references.
